How long are appointments?

Sessions are usually 50 minutes in length, EMDR or Single-session therapy can be longer.

How much do sessions cost?

£140 per 50 minute session

When is payment due?

Payment is due on the day of the appointment and usually paid by bank transfer.

Do I have to attend weekly?

I am flexible and understand that clients will not always wish to, or be able to attend weekly. It is fine to have sessions as-and-when preferred as opposed to weekly.

What happens if I miss a session?

I ask that you give 48 hours notice if cancelling a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are payable.
