What days do you practice?

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 9am-3pm.

Do you see clients in person?

No, currently, I work remotely using BilateralBase (EMDR platform), or phone.

When is payment due?

Payment is due on the day of the appointment and can be paid by bank transfer.

Do I have to attend weekly?

I am flexible and understand that clients will not always wish to, or be able to attend weekly. It is fine to have sessions as-and-when preferred as opposed to weekly.

What happens if I miss a session?

I ask that you give 48 hours notice if cancelling a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are payable.
